What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Mostly, there are 3 shipping methods offered - Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping & Rush Order Shipping. Standard Shipping delivers within 10 - 14 business days. Expedited Shipping delivers within 5 - 7 business days. Rush Order Shipping delivers within 2 - 3 business days. Most sellers offer the standard shipping and expedited shipping. Each item page shows the available shipping methods available.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Africa Blooms offers a wide selection of Made in Africa product from around the world. Irrespective of your location, most items ship and deliver internationally and worldwide. Please note that some sellers might choose to ship to select countries and destinations. On each item page and product description, the seller will specify the available shipping destinations and countries.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on the shipping option selected when the order was placed, most orders deliver within 1 – 3 weeks to most countries. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

When Will My Order ship?

Most orders ship between Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order is placed, each vendor starts processing the order immediately to ensure that your item gets to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 1 - 5 business days.

How Can I Track My Order?

All orders come with a tracking number so that you can easily track your order and the estimated delivery date. Please log into your account for the tracking number. Please allow for 3 - 7 business days for the tracking number to become available on your account. You can also contact the seller to ask about the status of your order.Most orders ship via DHL, United States Postal Services, UK Royal Mail, Canada Post, and others.

I Ordered Multiple Items, Will My Items Ship Together?

Immediately an item is ready to ship, the item is dispatched accordingly so you can receive them fast. For multiple items, depending on the size and nature of the items (either made-to-order or ready-made), most items ship together. If you order in shipped in batches, you will receive shipping notifications with the tracking numbers.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Africa Blooms accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

Is Buying Online Safe?

All payment on africablooms.com is safe, secure and encrypted. All data collected and communicated to us for order processing and payment are protected and limited to the use that you specify with your authorization. Africa Blooms does not have any access to your bank details nor credit card or debit card details, as each payment is managed by our Payment Partners - PayPal & Stripe.

I am an international customer. I would like to know the local currency equivalence for each item?

Africa Blooms is delighted to serve our customers from all around the world! All prices on our site is in United States Dollars (USD). To get the most accurate local currency equivalence, you can either check on google or contact your local bank. Most times, the conversion rate you pay depends on your issuing credit card company.

How Do I Place An Order?

All orders are accepted on our safe, secure & encrypted website using your credit card, or debit card or PayPal. We accept most major cards including including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Africa Blooms is committed to processing all orders timely to ensure that you receive the items fast. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Accordingly, you can change your order as many times as needed BEFORE payment is made & order placed. But once an order is placed, you will not be able to cancel the order given that each order is processed super fast to ensure prompt delivery.

Do You Accept Bulk Orders?

Yes we do accept bulk order and offer bulk discount on groups of 5 or more.

Are The Sizes True To Size?

All outfits is true to size and each outfit is custom made to fit according to the measurement you provide. Please ensure that you provide your accurate size, measurement and any other applicable details such as height, additional sleeves length etc. Sometimes, most vendors request for a recent photo of yourself for accuracy and comparison. The measurement provided is matched with the full body picture provided to eliminate any potential sizing errors.

Do You Accept Custom Order Requests?

Yes we do accept custom order requests. Please contact the applicable sellers for more details.

Can I Make A Specific Customization Request? e.g. Color, Size, Design Change Request?

Yes we do accept customization request such as fabric color, style, size, fabric type and additional features given that most outfits are made-to-order. You can contact the seller on the item page or store page with the details of the request. Alternatively, simply include the additional request in the ORDER NOTES SECTION on the order checkout page.

No you do not need an account to place an order. It is recommended to have an account so that you can track and monitor your order and also maintain a good order history for future reference.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Please login into your account to view the status of your order. You can also contact the seller if the tracking number is not yet available on your account after 5 - 7 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do You Accept Returns & Exchanges

Most items are made to order and as such do not accept returns or exchanges. For example, all outfits is handmade to order according to the measurement provided by the customer. Please ensure that accurate measurement details is provided for proper fit. In addition, please note that * For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, pierced jewelry, necklaces, rings and bracelets * Items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged. * Fabrics, Clothing and Beauty & Care items cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or returns on all custom orders.

Do You Refund Shipping Fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable

How Can I Return a Product?

Given that most items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please contact the individual seller directly.

CUSTOM DUTIES & FEES

My Package Arrived, But Am Charged Custom Duties & Fees. What do I do?

Custom duties and fees vary according to the laws in the applicable country. Africa Blooms does not cover for any applicable custom duty fees or charges and applicable fees. The customer is responsible for the payment of the applicable custom duties and fees. Please check with your local authorities within your country.
